Have a Gateway W350A (vista) with a TSST TS-632H cddvd drive that started getting error 2131 in iTunes and will not burn a cd there, but will burn in windows explorer for example. I have seen several driver updates for Dell, but none for Gateway. HELP

A real godsend. Hundreds of pages of 2131 errors with TSST drives, no drivers of Firmware available from TSST site, no drivers from Toshiba, Dell, Hp and others and now this simple fix out of the blue.
