a. Uninstall High Definition Audi
Go to Device Manager => Choose Sound Video Game Controllers => You have to uninstall High Definition Audio driver (do not remove it from your system). => reboot computer.
The computer will recognize driver and it will install missing driver. You have to check that internal speakers work and so does the headphone.

b. Some program may cause this crash, in the problem, my friend found that His Microsoft WINMM cause this error, but when he unistalled, everything is fine.
