Eric has a brand new Toshiba Satellite A105-S4134, he got some error report when his satellite laptop bootup, it shows “Fingerprint Software – Cannot initiali ze application – Code: 0xe72c0007 – D escription: rnpipe: svr(00000000fusserver) n ot found. This Error occurs when he has just installed Anti Virus software. He tried unistalled antivirus software, but it doesn’t resolved.

After asking Toshiba technician in toshiba forum, finally He’s got the answer.

this software works on Microsoft Windows XP, XP Service Pack 2 and WIndows Vista. This latest version support for Mozilla Firefox 3.
