Driver fix:
* This bios version corrected: BIOS Password is set automatically after updating the BIOS in Windows Vista x64 using Winflash64.
* BIOS Version also updated Penryn CPU T8100/T8300/T9300/T9500 Micro code.
* Added a BIOS workaround for a Santa Rosa Penryn False Thermtrip Update issue.
* Modified the thermal function and added a fan table for Penryn CPUs.
