… the problem came from USB, she asked me to check on device manager, I’ve found 7 USB Root Hubs drivers problems. Actually, she asked me to uninstall all of of drivers, after uninstalling usb root hubs, click on Action and choose Scan for hardware changes. It will uninstall USB root hubs and USB video device such as Toshiba Webcam Driver.
You may need to install Webcam Assistant and it will solve your USB and Webcam problem on Toshiba Satellite L300.
