As the printer was on at the computer is a window XP then he looks for the site for the printer driver. And it says to get it from the “Windows 7 OS Driver”.

To fix it, then he goes to network and get onto that computer with the printer and click on the printer it searches for a driver. There is no driver found pops up. – select “New port”
– Now enter the path to the printer “\\Win7Machine\PrinterName”

This can be use to an existing 32-bit printer driver of Lexmark optra r series and should works fine.
