The most common question of those who runs OS X was anti-virus program used. Did the anti-virus apps have some benefit to keep the Mac computer in secure, especially for those who often surfing on internet.
Base on the old years of operating system used, some said, those who have been using OS X for less than 1 year seem recommended to put AV apps in that operating system. Those who have been using OS X for 3 years or longer seem recommended to do NOT put one of AV apps in that operating system. Whereas, some other who have been using OS X for 5-10 years or longer most likely to cower in fear at the mention of putting an anti-virus app on their machine.
