Dony has just installed Microsoft Windows XP into his Lenovo Thinkpad W500. He just installed PowerQuest Partition Magic 8. Unfortnately, when he want to partition the hard drive, he found some error message such as “Partition table number of sectors is inconsistent”. He tried to ignore the command, but the program closes.

Have you ever found this error too? you may need to download gparted from sourceforge site here. You have to choose stable version, burn the ISO into the CD, it will help you to partition the harddrive and support for many format i.e ext2, FAT32 or even NTFS.

I hope when you’re using this software will help you to partition Lenovo Thinkpad W500 harddisk.
