For those who want to install XP on HP 2133 Mini Note, you can try this way to configure it:

1. Plug in USB DVD / CD drive and insert WinXP disk.
2. Restart machine, during boot hit F9 to choose boot volume.
3. Choose DVD / CD drive to boot from and press any key.
4. While XP setup runs, remove all existing partitions (leave the space for 400mb if you have a plan on reinstalling Suse Linux).
5. Format as NTFS, here you can use the “Quick” option
6. Follow the XP installation as usual.
7. Once XP installation on HP 2133 complete, take the Broadcom Ethernet driver and install through CD or SD card
8. Now you have a working NIC, so you are able connect to the internet.
9. Activate copy of XP and go to the “Windows Update”.
10. Choose “Custom” there and install all of the hardware drivers it offers.

Now you can reboot your 2133 HP MiniNote. At this step, you should see everything works well except sound and HP Quicklaunch button support.
If it so, then following the next steps:

11. Download the KB888111 patch and install for the first part of the sound fix
12. Download the Vista sound drivers for the Mini-Note from the HP website
13. Install all of your download files above. It will unzip to a folder of your choosing, try to run. As you don’t have Vista you can ignore any messages.
14. Go to Device Manager, double click on the “?” for sound device.
15. Choose Update Driver, and aim it at the Vista driver folder unzipped by the above application.
16. Till this step, you should have the work sound.
17. Install the HP QuickLaunch button drivers under “Official Site 1″
18. Ignore the popups for new hardware during this
19. Press “Start” button, and click “Run”
20. Type “msconfig” and hit OK
21. Click the “Startup” tab on the right while you’re inside, and turn OFF “smax4pnp”.

After rebooting HP 2133 MiniNote you should see everything is recognize well at Device Manager. And you have a working copy of Windows XP at HP 2133.
