Installing Webcam In The HP Pavilion DVXXXX Laptop

My friend has HP Pavilion dv2500 has found webcam problems in the Windows Vista. His webcam doesn’t work properly, when he install DV2500 webcam driver, there is no scanner or cameras appear in the control panel, eventhough it can works in the Quickplay but sometimes it still open a black screen.
Fortunately I found a nice article from notebookreview.com that tell me how to install webcam to hp pailion notebook machine, follow this simple step:
a. Download Chicony webcam Driver from here
b. Download file
c. Unzip it and run setup.exe
d. when you’ve finished install driver, restart it
e. You’ll meet popped up that tell about installing drivers for webcam.
f. Go To Control Panel -> Device Manager
g. You have to find webcam under “Images Devices”, it may will be listed such as “HP Pavilion webcam”, Right Click and update driver software
h. You have to choose “Browse my computer for driver software”
i. Choose “Let me pick from a listof device driver on my computer ”
j. Locate “Chicony” manufacturer
k. You have to find “Acer Crystal Eye Webcam”.
l. force install, when you meet a question about installing driver
m. When it finished, please make it sure that your webcam doesn’t list as Acer Crystal eye Webcam.
Someone also claimed that he can try this webcam with six different sofware includes Youtube Quick Capture (Capture Flash Video through your browser).

i want to ifxing error code 10 on pavilion laptop webcam.
i try to fixing that error more and more but without eny benifit.
