My Friend has just installed Windows XP in his machine, But When he tried install Dell PROset program there is error message appear. This message such as “Adapter problem: driver not installed“, But after ask some technician, He has got solution.

He should download Dell Multi Device (Version 4.170.25.12). This file has 89 MB and it has been updated on December 12 2007. This Driver also avaible for Windows XP that may run on 32 bit or even x64. Please make it sure that you’ve selected right OS in the drop-down menu and read driver instruction carefully.
