How to Fix Hidden Partition on Acer Aspire 5610 or 5101

This method can be applied on Acer Aspire 5610 (Using Windows Vista) and Acer Aspire 5101 (using Windows XP). Please prepare more than 5 GB freespace on your hard disk(Xp Installation) or more 10GB free space for Vista installation.
Follow this simple method:
1. Get PTEDIT32 from Symantec FTP.
2. Setup and install PTEDIT (on drive C), You have to change that has a 12 in it’s boot to be 7.
3. Save your work and restart your PC.
4. Copy mbrwrwin and rtmbr.bin to drive C.
5. Go to Command prompt and type “cd\”
6. type this command: mbrwrwin install rtmbr.bin
7. when you press enter, it will self installed.
8. Restart your aspire notebooks and press alt+f10 continuously since first booting. Make it sure that you have enabled d2d recovery enablen in your BIOS.
