		<description>I am so upset at this laptop, I downgraded to Win XP Pro and now I cant get the sound or the Eithernet card to work. I have downloaded the nvidia ethernet so much I feel dumb. I can not figure out why acer is so bad at not updating thier drivers. Please help me.

device under Device manager is in yellow. PCI DEVICE , needs driver but I dont know what that device is. 

So the Nvidia nForce Networking Controller #2 is in Yellow and the PCI device is in yellow
Also the bluetooth cant find hardware on laptop and is saying no blutooth device in green at the bottom of the screen.</description>
